Hi! I used to go here and really liked it, and now I see there's a schedule? Is the schedule accurate? Does anyone know if they repopened? I tried calling the number but it doesn't work?

I've been going to this studio for over 10 years and it's my favorite yoga studio in the east bay. Mimi brings great energy to the studio. I'm always glad I went, & I'm happy to see how they've safely opened up after COVID. Check them out AND support a local, woman-owned business!

I'm celebrating my two year anniversary at El Cerrito Yoga and realized I egregiously to failed to write a review on how important the studio and staff have become to me. From my first ECY visit when I was greeted warmly and welcomingly by Mimi - manager and instructor extraordinaire - my experience has been nothing short of spectacular. I shopped around the East Bay for a hot yoga studio. Many seemed fine, but after my first class at ECY I knew my search was over. With many classes to choose from throughout the day, I can always find a time that works in my schedule. I'm particularly pleased with how clean and peaceful the studio always is. I've had a variety of teachers and each are highly skilled, patient and encouraging. I'm deeply grateful to the entire staff - particularly Mimi and Algin - for their efforts in making ECY a special place and one that has nurtured my mind, body and soul.
