45 San Clemente Dr Suite B200 C, Corte Madera“I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bernstein. She goes well beyond adjustments and prioritizes a holistic approach to figure out what's causing my pain. She is incredibly kind and lovely to work with. I could not recommend her more.“

761 Sir Francis Drake Blvd Unit D - Upstairs, San Anselmo“Erika is the BEST teacher!! She is professional and kind and skilled. This is the first type of exercise that has not hurt me after many injuries in my life. I'm very grateful to her and to have found Gyrotonics. I highly recommend her. Her studio is as peaceful as she is, and though I'm strengthening my body with her help, I feel like I'm restoring it as well. I always leave feeling calmer and more at peace while stronger and walking taller.“

1501 Taylor St, San Francisco“Great neighborhood cosy studio, convenient class schedule, clean and fresh studio! I just resumed my yoga practice after a long hiatus. Highly recommend Joe White for his classes, this soul is a power house, invigorating, and positively shaking the funk out of the body/mind. Kingsley's classes are just as amazing, gracious disposition and a grounding approach to accommodate all level yogis.“
6AM - 7PM
438 Miller Ave, Mill Valley“I've only been to one class at Red Dragon, but the teacher, Mona, was so wonderful I have to give her a shout out. Her cues were extremely helpful and she guided me smoothly through my first class. She and the students were very welcoming, giving me little tips and encouragement before the class began. Thank you. I'll be back.“

59 Tamal Vista Blvd, Corte Madera“I’ve been doing yoga for about 15 yrs now and try to go when traveling in US and internationally. Some great studios out there but this is still my favorite which is great because I live locally. While slightly different approaches all the teachers are consistent with their intensity and high energy. It’s Susan’s studio so she has the following and her classes during the week are usually 6 / 8 / 9:15 am weekdays and 8 / 9:15 am weekends. Heather probably has the second biggest following and does body sculpt on Tue and Thu at noon with other power yoga classes throughout the week. Obviously refer to actual schedule but like I said all the teachers are consistent. Some things to note:* Since moving 100 ft to other side of the complex the studio is intentionally much warmer. Its power flow, not bikram, but as hot as bikram. Bring a towel and drink a lot of water even if you think you don’t sweat* Not important but interesting compared to other studios I’ve been to but 30-50%+ of the classes are made up of males. Not sure what that says but it is interesting.* Might be the only studio that has a strong following from the students and athletes from the local high schools for the 6 am and weekend classes. I don’t think I would attend a 6 am anything when I was in high school* if you are going on a holiday, especially major holidays (thanksgiving eve / day, xmas eve / day, etc.) get there early as the space fills up.* there are no bells or bowls that make ringing sounds. Studio is high energy and so is the music.Anyway, great studio with great teachers who are super welcoming no matter your level. They just want you there. Not sure why it took me so long to post ?“

2425 Chestnut St, San Francisco“Hot yoga is an incredibly important aspect of my life and the location I go to needs to be great to support that. I took their introductory one-week special and immediately signed up to continue classes for the foreseeable future.I've taken classes with Alex, Rikk, Haleli, and Genie and am so excited to have found this spot. It's wonderful because all of the staff are pleasant and wonderful people which has the yogis catch the same positive feelings, the instructions are clear, understanding, and help me maintain my center, and the room has everything you'd need to hop in and get going.I love it here and I'm sure you would too :)“
7AM - 9PM
1694 Union St, San Francisco“The Pad is a great studio! I like it because it is close to my house, parking is relatively easy and they offer many different classes everyday. I feel like post-covid, many yoga studios only offer a couple of classes a day and I appreciate having more options. It is a very calm and relaxing environment and folks of all levels are welcomed and challenged. The teachers range from very good to really freakin' awesome - there are a couple who clearly know their stuff and have a lot of experience to share.“

295 Miller Ave, Mill Valley“Samantha saved me! For over 10 years I've had chronic, sometimes debilitating pain in my achilles tendons due to an adverse reaction to an antibiotic (Cipro). I recently had a severe flare up and was unable to walk more than a block or two. After seeing Samantha for several weeks, my ability to walk improved SIGNIFICANTLY. She got me to the point where I was able to take a trip to Japan (which I had considered cancelling) and fully enjoy our visit, walking almost 20K steps a day. It felt miraculous! I am deeply grateful for her care.
Samantha is a lovely, kind, and attentive practitioner who I wholeheartedly recommend, especially to anyone with a tricky problem.“

500 Magnolia Ave, Larkspur“10/10 recommend!I love the Viniyoga class with Lynn. I did the intro offer and had a great experience with the group yoga therapy classes and a wonderful private session. It is so much more than yoga. Our family friend recommended stress management sessions at SMC and it has made a huge difference for him and for me. You should try it!“

301 8th St Unit 250, San Francisco“Such a disagreeable experience with the support. The website doesn’t give any information regarding the memberships they offer. I was very interested by their studio so I decided to text them and ask what is the price of their memberships and what do they include (amount of classes per month, other perks). I’ve been doing some back and forth with them for the last week because they won’t tell me this basic information and are asking me to pay $50 for their introductory package to tell me more.
Edit: thanks for taking the time to address this. I’m sure you are doing an incredible work inside the studio; and I hope that raising this issue will enable you to work out the pricing communication to potential clients better in the future.“

56 Bolinas Rd, Fairfax“Rebecca is amazing. Both my husband and I have been seeing her for the past couple years and each time reminds us why we keep going back. She finds such a great balance between deep massage therapy, breathwork, and nurturing touch that leaves you feeling more opened and relaxed. Would recommend Rebecca to anyone who is looking for more peace and expansiveness in their body and surroundings. 11/10“

8 Tamalpais Dr, Corte Madera“I simply love the quality of instruction! As a fully trained yoga instructor, I appreciate the unique sequencing that many teachers @Metta offer each and every time. Gillian Confair, Stephanie Phelan, and July have truly impressed me with the layering of very refined instruction. I am in grad school and the 7am classes are super convenient to start the day grounded and embodied. Lastly, I love the community aspect.“

851 4th St, San Rafael“Coco’s moms and tots class is the best. She a beam of light that is so warm and welcoming. The space she creates for moms and their babies is so safe and happy. Not only does she make sure you get what you need as a mom (a little workout and meditation) she also makes sure to foster love and fun with your baby. You won’t regret taking her class. Everyone and all babies are welcome and cared for by Mama Coco“
7AM - 6PM
170 Donahue St, Sausalito“This place is so fantastic you almost don’t mind that you’re recovering / injured / healing. My daughter and I have been regulars at this clinic for almost a year and a half, as she pre-hab’d and re-hab’d from knee surgery and in my case, as I fight to be as fierce as possible to fend off faux knees. The clinic is fun, clean, friendly, welcoming, organized and all the things. But the secret weapon is the combination of personalized care and best-in-class skill of all the therapists there. We’ve worked with many of the Therapists but have also watched / listened to the others since we’ve been there so often. They are all truly exceptional. To be clear, don’t book an appointment here if you just want to put in the requisite weeks some doctor told you you need to be able to check the box. Do go here if you are ready to learn and work and feel and perform your very best.“

“Amanda Snow is a game changer. She immediately calmed and helped regulate my nervous system. She gave me practical tools based in body and mind that have helped me to acknowledge and change patterns in my life that were not serving me. As an educator, this has helped me to be able to respond to stress and challenges in a more productive and graceful way. Amanda in is incredibly warm, intuitive, wise and refined. I believe anyone would benefit greatly from working with her!“
