Innerstellar is my happy place. From the amazing front desk staff to the incredible (INCREDIBLE!) instructors, to the wide array of classes and time slots, to the beautiful, spacious and CLEAN facility, gorgeous paint colors, artwork and plants, easy parking and convenient location, Innerstellar checks ALL the boxes. I have never felt so connected to and respectful or myself as I feel here. Through Pilates I have finally found truly healthy ways to exercise my mind and my body , and through Innerstellar I do it all with tremendous JOY and connection. Cannot possibly recommend this place enough! And yes, it's expensive and worth every single penny to me.

Unmatched level of instruction quality, especially for those looking to master skills of body awareness and injury prevention. In the six plus years of my attendance, I learned how to process physical pain as information and not as something to be feared or masked. Each teacher brings a unique background and blend of communication style and expertise, so you can work on mobility, stabilization and general conditioning in a well rounded way. Who knew that hip bones are directly connected to the ribcage? I didn't, and when I learned it here, I began to understand the mechanics of my own self-confidence. If you're on a long-term self-healing journey, the instructors here won't disappoint.
