Amelia's yoga is the thing I look forward to during the week. She does a wonderful job of leading us and providing a relaxing setting for the end of the day. I highly recommend coming to her classes if you are interested in reducing the stress in your life and having a great time doing yoga at an affordable price! The best yoga teacher I have ever had!

Amelia is a fantastic instructor and has been my favorite yoga instructor for many years! Her classes are always fun and inspiring, and she always leaves room for both challenging yourself and giving your body a little grace, whatever you need on that day. I love how well she knows the body and can help offer tweaks or alternative poses etc to help relieve or avoid discomfort. I cannot recommend her enough!

I have taken many yoga classes over the last 20 years and Amelia's are the best! She is so insightful and fun and makes adjustments that make the poses feel so much better! Amelia is able to explain poses in a way that makes them so much deeper than most yoga classes. She is also just an incredibly warm and loving person!
