“Kelly and the front desk team here are simply the best. I have two senior animals, a dog and a cat, who are sadly starting to have some age-related medical issues after many very healthy years. I know veterinary clinics are always busy, but Kelly and the team never rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience, as other clinics sometimes have in the past.
My dog is currently having some dental problems and is considered higher-risk for anesthesia, so Dr. Steve referred me to a specialty veterinary dentist. The specialist later requested photos, which I tried my best but getting clear pictures of those molars way in the back isn’t easy, especially when your pup is in pain. :( I called SFAH to see if they could help, and thankfully they had a vet tech, Jen, available to help me get good photos to send to the specialist.
Jen is WONDERFUL, so compassionate, gentle and patient. I’m incredibly grateful that she took the time to help me get the photos we needed and made a stressful situation easier.
This clinic has excellent doctors as well, but it’s the support staff, techs and front desk team who truly make SFAH stand out from every other veterinary clinic I’ve experienced throughout 20+ years of being a pet mom.
