I've taken several classes with Abi, and she is one of the best coaches I've had at Solidcore! She creates such a positive, motivating environment while still paying close attention to everyone's form and technique. She knows exactly when to encourage you to push a little harder and when to offer helpful modifications. Every class is challenging, but I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Absolutely love this studio and all the coaches! I’ve taken classes with several different coaches and have never had a bad experience. It’s a great workout and I can see results. The studio is a little small but always clean. Highly recommend!
