Humberto is responsive, picks up the phone when you call, and is easy to schedule with. Pricing is much less than the larger pest control companies in town. He seems knowledgeable, and is quick and efficient. I can confidently recommend his services.

I had a bad smell coming from my basement, explained the situation to Humberto, and he was able to come over the next day. He was on time and communicated with me throughout. He had to move a lot of boxes and furniture around to find the issue (dead mouse), but he took care of the issue and then put everything back right where it was and cleaned up. He noted that I had some spiders and asked if I wanted a spray for that, which he was able to do right away. He then took the time to go around the outside of my house to find where the mice were getting in.
