“My husband and I are elderly. When our warranty company sent us Carl's Plumbing to replace our water heater, we were worried who we would get. This afternoon, it is all done, and we have hot water again. I just had to tell everyone that the two men who came from Carl's Plumbing, Chris and Sam, they were wonderful. “Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. Very happy I called them and Brian was very professional.Service: A/C system repair“
