It was a little hard to get in contact to set an appointment. Left messages and called a few times before I was able to get in contact with Pam. Availability isn't much - there's not much opening when setting up an appointment. When I first walked in for my appointment, wasn't a friendly greeting. Overall, pedicure and manicure is good and the environment is clean and quiet.
