Our furnace stopped blowing air and was giving off a burning smell. We decided to go with Third Coast because of the reviews and we definitely did not regret that choice. They came to the house right away, diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace up and running faster than I would have predicted. They were very upfront about pricing for a repair. Our unit is pretty old; they were honest about how much life it had left but there wasn’t pressure to immediately replace it. I would highly recommend Third Coast for your furnace needs. We will be keeping them in mind for when the time comes to replace the old furnace.

I am so beyond impressed with everything at Dog City. We bring three dogs for various things (boarding, grooming etc) all of different sizes and different temperments. They are so kind and patient here and our pups always have a great time. 10/10!

They replaced a water heater for me last month. I called in the morning and spoke to Kevin, and Mitchell was there in the afternoon to install, day of. I found their price competitive with other local companies, and they installed a water heater that is apparently a lot better than what you can buy at one of the box stores, which is definitely a bonus. Mitchell was in and out in 3 hours and left the area cleaner than it was when he got there. Will definitely use again.

I called Diamond Electric on a Friday morning, in a panic. My home was completely without power and I was home alone with a baby. Not only did he find the parts I needed and show up the same day, he helped me escalate my case with WE Energies (I live in a remote area and they didn't want to restore my power without having a building inspector come out).
