So impressed with these guys. Harold came out and gave us a ton of help and then ultimately gave us advice to buy a different machine instead of replacing the motor. His knowledge was impeccable. Will always use these guys for anything I need!

This review is all about Harold, Applegate! He’s excellent and find out the issue with my refrigerator very quickly and contacted my home warranty company which took hours on the phone and get me a honest refund.. And I was surprised by his call on this weekend just to ensure everything is going good with my refrigerator.. Go Applegate ?

We had purchased a hood vent from Grand Appliance. Installed the hood but not the vent chimney. Said they would return to finished. Never did. Would not return phone calls. So....Harold, from Applegate, came out several times to try and solve the problem... and he did !!!He is our hero!!!
