“This is now the SECOND time I have used Prime Electric and all I can say is that I got the same exceptional service I did last time.<br><br>Due to a recent power outage that lasted 30 hours, I decided to get a backup generator and have a transfer switch installed. Troy came out and quoted me a very reasonable price and was very professional and friendly in explaining what needed to be done. The electrician who did the install - Brandon - was also a very smart and professional young man who did a great and quick job with the install. He even walked me thru from start to finish on how the transfer switch works, including setting up the generator and doing a test run to ensure everything was running on the generator that I wanted.
