“Edit to my original post.-Recently had my dad's service at this location. Had an issue with a floral arrangement. Within 24 hours my mother was contacted and they have more then addressed my issue. I appreciate someone reaching out so quickly and taking care of everything.“

“We bought tickets for a walking tour of Forest Home Cemetery. Tickets are 10.00 and worth every penny. There are all different themes. We went Woman of influence. We received book with a map of the grounds and the location of some of the most interesting residents from Milwaukee’s founders, beer barons and pioneers.“

“My husband and I went to visit my parents and My Brother who are buried at Wood National Cemetery on August 8, I hadn’t been to see them since they were buried over 20+ years ago. I had no idea where to look for a main entrance or an office to find help with where they were.
We followed our GPS, and it took us to a memorial… we saw someone in a golf cart, that turned out to be Nathan Peters, who looked up where my family members were buried and took us to the graves. He was very polite, informational and very kind. He made sure our visit was complete.
Then showed us how to get out of the complex.
Since I hadn’t been back to see my brother (passed in 1985) or my parents (1995 & 1999) it took me a minute to compose myself. Nathan was very respectful and caring.

“My experience working with Reid’s New Golden Gate staff was great. My father’s wishes were to be entrusted with them and I’m glad that I respected his wishes. I worked with Ms. Sherri, Ms. Erica, and Ms. Julie and every encounter that I had with them was very professional, kind, and respectful. This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but working with them made it a smooth process.“

“Mowing could be done more carefully.I'll never get over seeing grave after grave in the veteran section where the bronze vases were stolen, most likely to sell for scrap metal. It's pathetic. AND the cemetery didn't even tell my family about it. Security measures would be nice.“

Jeff was very knowledgeable, professional, and understanding of our needs for our final Memorial Services. Preplanning and prepaying is one of THE BEST things that one can do. By doing this, you can select everything needed, plan your service how you want it, and lock in the price.

Now, 3 years later, I am so glad that we did that, because it eliminated A LOT of stress at the time that I sat down with Funeral Director, Joe Laedtke Heider, to plan Bob's Memorial Service. Joe demonstrated so much kindness, patience, and professionalism throughout our meeting, and on the day of the service. Together, we arranged a beautiful service for Bob, and I received several wonderful compliments from the guests who came, about how beautiful Bob's service was. I could not have done it without Joe Laedtke Heider, Prasser-Kleczka Funeral Home (Prasser), and everyone affiliated with the funeral home.
