I contacted Viking on a Monday in need of repairs to two toilets.
Logan came to my home on Tuesday and repaired one of the toilets, but suggested that the second toilet should be replaced. A new Kohler toilet was installed on Wednesday. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better outcome. The entire process went smoothly and Logan was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a diligent worker.
