“We hired the Property Prep team to do a tenant improvement project on the office we leased in Whitefish Bay, WI. The office was a mess when we took possession of it and, as an interior design firm, we wanted it to match our energy and style. Jeff came out to meet with us and not only bid on my scope of work, he also connected me with several vendors for other items to outfit the office at significant savings to what I had originally planned.
They painted, installed new doors, installed a break room kitchenette with new cabinets and quartz counters, installed LED lighting and a dimmer in old ballasted light fixtures, came up with a mounting solution for a chandelier in our conference area where they also hung a TV, and they assembled office furniture I ordered.
The team went above and beyond to get us in on time and on budget, working weekends and late into the day. Another company I called did not even get the proposal back! As someone who has not been involved in a lot of commercial construction, they explained things simply and did what they said they would do. They also provided a reasonable proposal for ongoing weekly cleaning. I would recommend them to anyone who needs TI work, cleaning, or facility services. They also provided a landscaping proposal, but that is the responsibility of my landlord.”
