“After doing my research, I decided to go with CRR for the highly complex job of installing 8 skylights with custom combination flashing on the roof of my historic bungalow. After working closely with multiple staff from CRR throughout the entire project, I don’t think I could have chosen a more professional contractor for this daunting task.Casey Gaffney (project manager) was extremely detail oriented and walked me through all the specifics of my unique project before work even began. His communication and attention to detail reassured me that all of this unique work would be done to the highest standard. Due to the complexity of the job, Casey put one of CRR’s most qualified installers (Kyle Northrup) in charge of the project due to his decade+ experience doing technical skylight work. It was a pleasure working with Kyle and his team of roofers. They were true professionals with great communication skills and did an absolutely beautiful job on installing the windows.“
“I just want to say I had a great experience with Complete Roofing I had a flat rubber roof over my four car garage raccoons had ripped a huge hole into it and took up residence underneath the roof doing a ton of damage. Luckily my American family insurance company covered everything but my deductible..I contacted Complete roofing and spoke with Brian he came out and gave me a estimate which I found pretty reasonable considering lack of supplies due to Covid-19 Brian was on time and came when he said he would gave Me a time frame am they stuck to it the roofing job was done in one day which was impressive to say the least...Bottom line is I would hire them again and I would recommend them to family and friends...THANK YOU COMPLETE ROOFING ....“
“I called Durable Roofing because there was a hole in the roof and based on the age of the roof it was time to replace it rather than repair just the hole. Durable Roofing sent someone out right away to give a quote. We were able to quickly get the paperwork taken care of because I felt the like the quote was fair and honest for the work. After the paperwork was done they sent a crew out a few days later and got the work completed before it rained again. This was really nice as their quickness prevented any additional water damage. They even made some minor fixes to the other portion of the roof that I requested the day of that was not originally part of the scope of work. They made the time so I didn’t have to pay a separate trip charge in the future. Overall very happy with the quality of work and customer service.“
