I called when they opened, had to leave a message, received a call back within 15 minutes and was told I’ll have an answer on when a technician can arrive within an hour. Received a call back an hour later with the Technician being available at about 2:30 pm, which he showed up right at that time. Clay couldn’t have been the nicest gentleman and informed me with tips about my gas dryer. It needed a new belt, which he had stocked in has van. The repair took 20 minutes with another 20 minutes of friendly conversation. Outstanding customer service all around, thank you.”
