“I was highly pleased with the service I received from O & W Heating and Cooling and Furnace. Based on the evaluation we did ahead of time, we knew we were going to need a replacement water heater. My water heater stopped working on Saturday and because it was the Memorial Day weekend, we waited until Tuesday to contact somebody. My husband, my kids, and I were all very much over cold showers and ready to have a new water heater installed quickly. Not only were they able to accommodate my same day request that Tuesday, but they arrived sooner than what they originally advised. The work was done quickly and professionally with care for my floors and home in general. During and after the appointment, I was given much information about the care of my unit, safety, as well as laws and regulations surrounding the installation and maintenance. I have had experiences in the past with technicians who assumed I may not understand, maybe because I am a woman. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was not patronizing or condescending in any way. I will certainly use O & W again. My experience was outstanding.“
