I called Aro because my lever door handle had separated and I couldn't use my patio door. They were out within an hour. Daniel fixed the door quickly and described in detail what might be causing the issue, should I ever wish to replace parts. I will call Aro again for future locksmith needs!
I needed to make copies of my (very old) house key and went to the Waukesha Aro location since they needed to be made by a locksmith. I went, got two copies made and unfortunately they didn't work. I called Shane at Aro and he was able to have another style key that could work ready the next day! So I went in, we made another set and these work great!! Great customer service!!
I brought my locked safe into the store so it could be opened so I could retrieve the spare key out of it. The gentleman who serviced me was the same one who took my call less than a half hour before. He was polite on the phone and just as kind in store. He said he would not have to break the lock like other Locksmith’s stated prior. He opened and checked my identity to verify it was mine as I asked him too. He offered to make a copy of the key as a backup so it didn’t happen again. He even helped me get it into my car. Nice costumer service and very reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.
