We researched carpet cleaning companies in our area.We really liked the system that they use.They use very little moisture with a buffing type system that allows the carpet to be dry within one hour.They have an online booking system that makes it super easy to see what services are available.We were extremely happy with how everything turned out!
The customer service at this company is extraordinary. I had an appointment for a carpet cleaning last week but the cleaner was not able to come. The owner kept me updated and offered to reschedule my cleaning at no charge. He was so professional and apologetic.I had my carpet cleaned today and the man that cleaned it was professional and listened to my concerns and addressed them. He explained everything that he was going to do and reviewed what he had done at the end of the cleaning.I highly recommend them!!
I have used Heaven’s Best many times and I’ve NEVER been disappointed. The owner, Andrew, is great to work with and an excellent communicator. lThey show up as scheduled and do a GREAT carpet cleaning job for an excellent price. Eric was here today and did a stellar job! Never use anyone else because you won’t be as happy!
