So far I can't really do it a rating. They're doing a building project near my daughter's home. We're going to negotiations with him about some property that they need to buy for a right away and with the county so far they seem very amicable easy to work with and we're going to see what's going to happen at the end, but hopefully it turns into a wonderful agreement for both of us. I think it will.
My family and I had a legal issue come up, Derek and the team handled it with professionalism and care. He guided us through every step of the process and communicated everything in a timely manner. We’re very grateful for their kindness and efficiency. They definitely helped ease the stress during a difficult time.

Awesome contractor for decking! Had these guys build a 200 sq ft deck with composite material. Deck turned out amazing. The crew did a professional quality job. Every day, the working site was clean. The project was completed in a timely manner. All the corner cuts were very precise. Would definitely hire them again.
I went to Haley at Waddington Esthetics to get my first lash extensions. She was great! Talked me through the process. Listened to what I wanted, a natural look....just longer ? (I have super short lashes). I absolutely love them! And our conversation during appointment was just like talking to and old friend. The space is welcoming. I love all the art and the vibe!

There is truly no one better at eyelashes and relaxation. It's always the perfect amount of chit chat and nap time while your lashes get done. Sometimes we listen to music and sometimes we listen to true crime. Every time my lashes come out amazing. I even stopped saying what I wanted and just give her the artistic freedom. I always get compliments.
Her space is always clean and her tools are impeccable. I've never been hurt by anything. In fact, I told her my eyes get really red really easily and she put down a gel that has prevented it every time. She always asks if anything is poking before you start and has the comfiest table to be on.
I've done color lashes, brown volume sets, and whimsical lashes we are transitioning now to black lashes to do a wet look. Seri always sets my expectations and translations my lashes so pretty between the colors we want.

TDLR: Carly was great esthetician but went too hard on the extractions. I ended up getting a broken capillary in my nose and minor scarring. I should have spoken up when the extractions were too intense.
I booked Carly for a 90 minute facial. On my end, I was 20 minutes late after mixing up the time. Carly still took me and we did a 60 minute facial for the price of the 90 minute facial. Thought this was gracious of her given I was running quite late due to the mix up.
Once I arrived, Carly was very kind and we jumped into the facial. Unfortunately, when we went to extractions she mentionned it may be uncomfortable but these extractions hurt! Since I usually dont do extractions, I thought this was normal and didn’t speak up. I should have! I ended up going back to my regular esthetician afterwards even though she is in Seattle and she shared that I had some minor scarring and a broken capillary from the last time she saw me (month prior). My skin is sensitive so this may not happen to everyone, but I would caution that if the extractions are feeling too painful to speak up or for Carly to be a bit more gentle.
I learned the last business taking her class. She has taught me so much and has assisted me into making some good money. I recommend this class 5 stars.
I had the best haircut experience here! Chelsea immediately picked up on my curl pattern, gave me lots of helpful advice on how to style my hair, and made me feel comfortable and confident. I will definitely be coming back in a few months to get my haircut touched up!

Mark rocks dude, 11/10, knows his stuff and cares about people. Took off around a year or more of hairgrowth and tamed it into something manageable and reasonable all while being hella cool.
I see some reviews about the shop having hair all over the floor. The thing is, the people in there are clean and the hair on the floor isn't greasy. 6th Ave is dirty, greasy with homeless-tramps and you're walking upon that filth! I'm a very clean person, but I didn't feel unclean in this barber shop. To respond to the reviews about cleanliness: I watched Jon sanitize everything he used, the hair on the floor looked just washed because the clientelle was businessmen and well-kept children, and Jon works fast in front of a large crowd- one patron after another comes out looking polished which means there's not time to sweep between patrons- there's just not time- also, there's not space to sweep because he fills the shop with customers. This guy is busy and handles that fact very, very well. I also saw him give a screaming, squirming child a perfect haircut with a line out the door. It's air-conditioned in his shop, by the way. It's hard to believe one review that said he ever cut a child.... I'm wondering what were the details during the event in which that reviewer's child supposedly was cut... I saw Jon, well-past closing time, use a straight razor on men while a lined-up crowd looked on- Jon is deft and complete. I would recommend him for all boys and men. Jon will listen to what you want, ask a few questions, and send you out the door in 10-15 minutes ready to do business. I would recommend that someone donate some new magazines to Jon so that he can clear out the old ones. And the print of a painting that Jon has on the wall is a beautiful painting but the print is totally faded. If a wealthy patron really likes Jon, get him a real acrylic or oil painting like a Norman Rockwell-type or a local Hilltop artist- something big that's fun to look at while waiting. That's my only criticism of this shop, it needs a piece of real art.
Have been bouncing around Tacoma looking for a decent barber for years. Had a horrible experience right before my birthday, was really struggling, and Josh came through with a haircut that actually looked good with the rugged remains of hair the other guy I went to before him left me with. Have been to him 3 times, and will continue coming due to the amazing service, affordable prices, and engaging conversations. Appreciate you coming in clutch man.

My barber decided to retire on me with out notice so I searched all over to see what other barbers are out there and came across sooks fade and decided to book a appointment with her, she was so polite over the phone and has a welcoming shop and very polite in person also I trusted in her to do a medium skin fade and she did it perfect I found my new barber I will be coming to her for now on she fades way better than any other barber Ive been to thank you sook see you in a couple weeks

His skill and attention to detail were impressive, and the final result was exactly what I had hoped for—if not better!

Dave knows how to cut the hair of those of us that are "folliclely challenged." Believe it or not, not all barbers are talented enough to do this. Dave himself has been the one to cut my hair at his barbershop, but I'd be willing to give one of the other barbers a go at it. It's just hair. If the others don't have Dave's skill at cutting hair of the follicely challenged I can always switch back to Dave. It's a nice barber shop for guys. It's not a salon, if you know what I'm saying.
I was in a crunch and couldn’t find anyone that had a spot open for a hair cut..went to Hasune’s… went in .. and asked if they did walk in’s the first dude said probably not tonight.. they were pretty busy …I think he was of Indian descent… but some kid in his 20’s came in out of no where and said he would get me in at 6:30pm…
It’s clean and chill environment. The guys are pretty funny. Shout out to the young Colombian dude that ? … pretty decent… they are young staff and will continue to get better and better. I feel like this place is a good investment if you care about your hair and like fresh cuts/fades.
There are about 4-6 barbers so you have options to choose from as well.

I have been getting my hair cut by Pete for ~15 years now. I found him after losing my old barber and reading reviews online. The reviews I read were correct. I get a great haircut, looks just the way I like it. I just come in and sit down. Pete uses a straight razor so my neck and side burns come out nice and clean too. He will take the time to understand how your hair grows and adjust his approach accordingly. When I first came I didn't get the hair cut I asked for, I got the haircut I needed. He explained this, of course, so had my blessing to cut it a little different. The haircut was much better than any I had before.
Emily did a great job on my haircut! She is very meticulous and takes pride in her work. Best haircut I’ve had in a long time.
Sharp fadez is amazing, Mr. Haze always takes care of my kid with a great fade and wonderful company. This is the place to get your beard trimmed, or fresh fade. They even have folks that hook up the locs.
I scheduled my 3 year old with Nicci after not being able to get him into the salon we used to go to. We will be going here from now on. He was great with my son and the before and after photos speak for themselves. Great service!

I love this place! Chandler and Nicole at the front desk were very helpful in finding the right solution for my needs. I’m trying to get a base tan before a vacation and they knew just what bed to use and for how long since I’m new to sunless tanning. They also told me about the red light therapy beds and how beneficial they are for health and energy. I will definitely be back for that next time.

Kelly dose a wonderful pedicure on your feet. It's very comfortable, relaxing almost puts you to sleep especially when she uses the warm stones on your legs and feet.

Tommy and Kim used to do my nails for years, starting in the early 2000's. I moved away for 9 years and just returned to the area. After 2 disappointing nail jobs in the Lacey and Tacoma area, I suddenly remembered Tommy's. So much time passed but they remembered me as if no time passed at all. Tommy redeemed my struggling nails. I couldn't be more happy. I will make the 20 mile trek every two weeks. Beside my nails being gorgeous, they do not overcharge and they are good to their customers. Thanks Tommy & Kim for being so awesome.

It can be nerve wracking finding someone you trust but I know I am in good hands with her! She’s kind, honest, & listens. Plus, her personality is just the best, so warm and easy to talk to. She recommended that I try my jaw muscles and after years of grinding my teeth I finally did, not only has it helped so much with pain but my face looks totally different and I’m so happy! I was looking for a hairstylist who was experienced in the Old Hollywood hair style who could also be my makeup artist. When I messaged Firefox Salon (who was very responsive, by the way), they recommended Mikayla. She was amazing! She is very professional, highly experience, and very kind, which is what you need on your wedding day! I am very impressed with my look on my special day, which is exactly what I was looking for!
I have pretty much zero negative things to say about this place, truly a hidden oasis in Lakewood that may not look like much from the outside but presents a beautifully calming experience the minute you walk through the door. I received a massage as well as a traditional Korean body scrub which gave me access to the fantastic amenities that this spa provides. The massage was nothing short of absolutely amazing, so amazing that I was quite literally knocked out and snoring throughout a majority of it. Though I did not get my massage therapists name, her hands were magic. The amenities were super great, this is a traditional Korean spa that is woman only which does mean that the steam room/ water pool amenities are to be used fully nude, weirdly enough nothing about that felt super uncomfortable, everyone was in their own little world focusing on relaxing and enjoying the spa bliss. Now for the Korean scrub, I honestly had no idea what to anticipate, I walked into the scrub not knowing what to expect and left a changed woman in more ways than one. This scrub takes place in a well lit room with a more medical ambiance, when I tell you they scrub every crack and crevasse of your body I am not at all exaggerating, it's not that typical that you experience someone else scrubbing all nooks and crannies as you stare at the ceiling wondering 'how did I get myself into this position and what the h*ll did I sign up for'. Half of me would consider this experience to be exhilarating, the other half would say that it left me more traumatized than my parents divorce. None the less, I left with soft baby smooth skin and a luminous glow that was much needed. Overall, super fun spa, the food is amazing, I would return!

First time having my lashes done. I started slow with a lift and tint and love the results! Annie is professional, has a soft touch and is very professional. I appreciated the automated scheduling reminders, clear texts outlining the address, building access and free parking. Clear instructions on how to take care of my lashes with a to go brush and conditioner to keep my lashes looking great. Annie answered all my questions about other options. I’ll be back for extensions the next time.
Honestly I do not trust anyone but Lou with my lashes at this point! I have see at least 4 other lash techs and they never last/itch so bad! Her salon/studio is above a hair salon that never is open/unlocked. Which makes sense being on the Main Street in Tacoma. Makes me feel safe knowing we are safe when my eyes are closed for an ~an hour and stuck on the lash table! She's literally the best!
First off, this place is so cute and comfortable. Secondly, I scheduled an eyelash extension appointment for the wrong date and Fitu came all the way to the studio (even though she was off) just to get me in. Her work is amazing and she puts so much time and effort into your lashes. Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Miles is amazing! As a one man operation he was able to repipe my whole house and only had water shut off for a day. He worked a long day to ensure I had water. Kerry responded quickly and came same day to address the garbage disposal I broke. Went above and beyond to get the equipment for a much more complex repair than I had described (I didnt know!) and even found an additional clog 30 ft down the line (that I had, uh, made worse with my regrettable garbage disposal skills). As first time home buyers with our very first project, this was a big one! Howard and his crew were INCREDIBLE. They walked us through all the sewer and water main replacement options and provided an extremely competitive and fair quote. Howard has over 35 years of experience and it shows! He was knowledgeable, patient and completely transparent. He also has a great working relationship with the city and it's inspectors which is extremely important with these big projects. The work was done so quickly but with such care and attention to detail, I was astonished. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, courteous and very tidy. We had an extremely tricky water main replacement and I couldn't believe the problem solving and ingenuity that Howard and the guys brought to the project. I almost wish I had another sewer or water main to replace so we could hire them again! I would not hesitate. They are in demand but it was so worth it.

Ace Backflow Only goes above and beyond for their customers. Just recently, we had called a couple of landscaping companies for a sprinkler blowout for the winter. One landscaping company claimed that the backflow assembly was broken and was in need of repair and gave us a quote on the spot. Wanting a second opinion, we had another company also give us a quote, but we had made the mistake of telling them that the backflow assembly was previously diagnosed as broken. They didn't deny the break and gave us a bigger quote than the first one. Thinking something didn't sound right from either company, I reached out to Terry for a third opinion.
Terry checked the backflow and didn't find anything wrong with it. Literally saved us thousands of dollars. Ace Backflow Only showed integrity by their honest service and that's why I'm a loyal customer. They could have claimed the backflow assembly was broken and cashed in on an unnecessary repair, but they didn't. They have both my respect and my business.

He did not provide to install a sub panel, instead he tried to simplify the problem by shuffling our existing tandembreakers. I'm updating my review because, although what happened cannot be undone, the phone call that I received from Jesse was an attempt to make it right, and I appreciate his honesty and willingness to try to accommodate my needs. As I said, mistakes happen and Jesse owned up to the mistake on the part of his staff, and even offered to pay my bill. I didn't take him up on his offer because thats not what I was expecting and it just didn't feel right. I just value his honesty.I called this company on Jan 27 because I had lost electricity in half of my house. The soonest they could get me in was Feb 24. Since there were no other ones available I scheduled the appointment for 1130. Feb 24th arrives and noone shows up at 1130. I start thinking maybe I got the time wrong and it was supposed to be 130. So I wait. 130 comes and goes and still noone shows up. So I call their office. The person I talk to confirms all my information is in their system,, but tells me there was no appointment! Ive never been a customer so how did they get my information? She was apologetic and blamed it on "miscommunication" but it was an error on their part. She says she can get me on the schedule for Mar 5, which means another week. I know mistakes happen but don't try to make it seem like I misunderstood. You just failed to follow through.

The KeyMe service is good. However,, if you have anything that is a nonstandard key then you’re going to have difficulty with the recut. I had a key with a slightly different end and it didn’t work well. The cut while similar did not work at the end of the day.
If you have a standard key for a standard service, great. Otherwise you may have a better time with a traditional cutting service.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Debbie for the initial estimate which ended up being substantially less than other estimates I've received in the area. She was extremely helpful in answering the many questions that I had and rescheduling the appointment when needed. We had Dima and his crew come out to do the actual work. He was incredibly professional and worked blazingly fast while still providing quality work. I genuinely couldn't find a fault after all was said and done. His crew made a great effort to clean up all of the debris and dust as well. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the floors and the cost and would definitely consider Gary Johnson for any future work.

Wilson and team helped us out with a wood fence repair project- replacing some rotten posts with pressure treated posts, and repairing and replacing other compromised boards, and fixing a misaligned gate. He took the time to explain the problems and each of his solutions, and talked through short-term and longer term solutions in this climate. Through some mismanagement on my part, I failed to see a few issues on the other side of our fence that still needed attention, and Wilson came back out a few months later to address the issues promptly- which was a lot to ask of him and he did a very thorough job.

I initially called Anthony when I was looking for someone to look at my jetted tub. I had called about a dozen plumbers. None of them worked on jetted tubs but Anthony was the only one who stayed on the phone and tried to help. When I had a leaking pipe in my tight crawl space and an issue with the water heater I called him. These items were on my list of a contingent inspection response from a potential buyer so there were some nerves being in the middle of a contract. Anthony was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and an excellent communicator. Not only that but he went above and beyond. He identified that the inspection report on the water tank was incorrect. I had gotten other bids from reputable plumbers and none of them mentioned what Anthony did. Any plumber would have known what he pointed out but he actually took the time to explain and didn't turn it into an opportunity to fix something that didn't need to be fixed according to the inspection response. Also he was willing to put in writing what he said to me on the estimate so I could send it to the potential buyer. As a result, the water heater issue was dropped from the list and money saved. I also found his estimate very fair for his skill level and reputation. If I lived in Tacoma he would 100% be my regular plumber.

Cristian was always easy to reach when we had questions, and was very clear about what we could expect from the work. His team of contractors came six days a week to repair and paint every room of our house, and they did an incredible job. Right as their work was wrapping up, a leak in our roof was discovered, and their roofing team managed to replace our roof in under four days. We've utilized the services of "Got Moles" for almost a year to address persistent pest issues on our property and I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of their service. TJ came out for my first service regarding a sugar ant infestation - he was super throughout and explained everything he planned on doing. He went in my crawl space, sprayed inside and out and even took care of an open attic ventilation spot that I was worried about any potential “critters” crawling in. Within a few days I immediately starting noticing lots of dead ants in the areas I had once seen live ones so I knew the treatment was working. Michael just came by for my 1 month follow up visit and was equally as professional and throughout. We have been using Lind for many years. We have been especially impressed with the same day services we received for wasp and ground bee extermination (We have severe allergies.). We get quarterly service for ants and other creepy crawlies. Staff are professional and prompt. They are respectful of property and show concern for our pets. Also, we live near their office and we have found them to be great neighbors. (No speeding or excessive noise and always a pleasant wave.)
Vernon came out to our place to remove a yellow jacket nest that was too close to one of our walking trails for comfort. He was very timely and responsive to our request for assistance and came out even though it was one of the hottest days of the summer. He has a very positive demeanor and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything pest related. We loved getting to ask him questions about different types of wasps and learn interesting facts that he had to share. I also love that he brought his son along with him. We have 15 yard of fine bark delivered and blown in place. Both Mark and Jim did a fantastic job on our newly built two tiered retaining walls. They were careful with our plants, and cleaned up afterwards. Great job and highly recommend.

Our experience with Chris, Isaibel, Michael, and the rest of their team was fantastic. The yard looks fantastic and the water feature came out beyond my highest expectations. The landscaping team was professional throughout the entire project, it was timely (actually earlier from what I had expected), and there were no hidden costs. Chris and Isaibel explained each step and each cost, and any last minute unexpected changes occurred, everything was discussed and approved by us at that time.
We are moving into a maintenance contract with them. While not the cheapest option out there, I shudder to think of the shortcuts that would have been taken and the lack of input from us if we went with a cheaper contractor. Cost was definitely worth it.

These guys are awesome! They took down two big Douglas Firs in my yard quickly and efficiently, and then they completely cleaned up after the job like it was never even there. Super professional and highly recommend if you need trees trimmed or removed.

Our dog has severe anxiety and grooming her has been extremely difficult. We have been told by multiple groomers that they cannot handle her, and the only groomer to successfully cut her hair said she would not do it again. Lesha made her appointment at a time when no other dogs would be in the shop, allowed her to take breaks when she got too stressed, and was able to give her a haircut in under an hour. We will definitely bring her back!
We’ve booked our 80lb dogs here twice for week long stays while visiting family. It’s an excellent place for your dogs big or small. The owners are knowledgeable and not put off by medication regiments. It’s comforting to leave your pets with someone who has built a life around their passion for dogs.

My 2hr session was amazing, it felt and I feel so good! My first words to her after the session were, “I’m not religious… but I feel like I’ve been baptized”. The session left me feeling reborn…! Got me totally back into my body after an injury, I’ve now been back to my regular hot yoga practice this week and I am feeling spectacular. Honestly, nothing I would want differently from the session I received. It was so intuitive and fluid, going to and from all the places that I needed. Truly a healing art form she offers! I wear an aura ring and it said my heart rate looked as if I was in deep sleep, though I was totally conscious 95% of the time. The session literally brought me into delta brain waves.
