We’ve consistently had a positive expertise the Hosmer Floor and Decor. It’s well staffed and they have all been willing to help and are available. Yesterday though we received exceptional care from Ryan.
We had purchased several boxes of a mosaic tile. We got home and found multiple sheets had excessive glue on the backs. I called and was put in contact with Ryan. I explained the situation and he said come on back and we would go through boxes at the store together to assure we had good product.
We went back and Ryan kept to his word and spent time with us to assure we received no defective product.

Taishaun is wonderful!!! I can’t tell you the number of big box stores we have been to where people working there just walk by as we struggle to load things onto a cart. He stopped immediately and asked if he could help and he even brought others to help us. That’s rare in today’s world and I am so happy with my purchase from floor decor in Tacoma Way to go you guys.
Nothing but great experiances with this location. I bought hardwood flooring, and had a great experience. I purchased an online order where the product wasn't the same as the photos and the manager solved the issue within minutes and gave me a full refund. Highly recommend this location
