From the second we walked in, we were welcomed like we were the most important customers! Our experience exceeded expectations and we were only in the inquiry stage! We were offered a free estimate. The owner came to our home with flooring samples based on our showroom visit. They don't mess around with sales pitches, add on's, BS, etc. "Let's get down to business" style. What a relief! We made our choices. We were scheduled quickly. The installers were amazing, extremely professional, respectful and meticulous throughout the entire process. We are beyond happy with the quality of the LVP flooring and the quality of installation, as well as amazing customer service. Out of 3 great companies, we chose McFarland's Flooring EnCounters because they ranked so much higher regarding our needs, price, expectations and quality. I highly recommend them. Happy Customer here! 😀
