First visit for our cats. Dr. Dana is the best. Thorough and professional, but extra kind. Took the time we needed to get the kitties comfortable and answer a lot of questions. Wish we had been coming here for years instead of just starting.
We usually see Dr. Volmer but had an urgent issue with my 17+ YO cat and was booked with Dr. Dana. She was FANTASTIC! She was patient with both me and Roxy, answered all my questions thoroughly, didn’t push to do more than was necessary, respecting my decision not to further stress her out nor do things that wouldn’t add to her quality of life. We left with everything Roxy needed for recovery and my peace of mind. Oh and the place has had a much-needed makeover and it looks great!
I truly cannot overstate how wonderful this vet is. They were always so welcoming to our sweet boy Groot and took care of him with the upmost love and care since we started taking him there in 2023 (we just moved to Tacoma). Last week, with the heaviest hearts, we had to take Groot into the vet with end of life considerations. They provided us with multiple resources and care options for our little man. After making the very tough decision of sending him over the rainbow bridge, using one of their suggested in home vets, they sent us a beautiful bouquet to honor his life.
