The esthetician is kind and gracious, willing to accommodate late arrivals and adjust treatment time accordingly. While some clients may find extractions uncomfortable or even painful, others have enjoyed the thorough cleaning and detoxing of their skin. Facial massages are a highlight for many, leaving them feeling refreshed and relaxed. Some products are also recommended to help improve skin health.
TDLR: Carly was great esthetician but went too hard on the extractions. I ended up getting a broken capillary in my nose and minor scarring. I should have spoken up when the extractions were too intense.
I booked Carly for a 90 minute facial. On my end, I was 20 minutes late after mixing up the time. Carly still took me and we did a 60 minute facial for the price of the 90 minute facial. Thought this was gracious of her given I was running quite late due to the mix up.

I loved loved loved my facial with Carly! She was so thorough with assessing my skin, my facial was great, she also introduced me to products that have been helping my skin like crazy!!
I leave here feeling so refreshed and relaxed every time! I love how much time Carly spends on facial massage and getting your face clean and detoxed. She is so so sweet and I really look forward to my facials here!
