Thompson Appliance has been an outstanding company to work with on the installation of our JennAir range. From the moment I made contact with the most helpful customer service rep (Kennedy) to the on-site installers (Nick and Kia), all were friendly and professional. James and Kai came from Thompson Appliance to install our new Sub Zero refrigerator and WOW did we absolutely love them! So friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would have them back in a heartbeat. This is a fantastic organization indeed.
