Thompson Appliance was great to work with! They installed our new freezer and hauled the old one off. They were very responsive leading up to the appointment. Showed up within the time frame promised. The guys were quick and efficient. The work that was needed for the install was not as much work as we originally thought and without me even asking for a new quote they charged us much less than originally quoted to reflect the actual work done which we greatly appreciated. I've used this company a number of times over the years and they do good work. You have to look at their website to determine the The products that they work on. There are certain manufacturers of products that they simply will not do work on so it's best to either check their website for manufacturers products they work on or give them a call.

I have used Thompson Appliance twice now since the lockdown and they have been great both times. The first was installing a new gas stove when our old electric one broke. They did need to come out twice as on removing the old stove, we found out it was hard line connected to electric rather than using a plug, so there was an extra visit fee, but understandable. An electric specialist came within a few days to put in the required electric socket, and the install was done the same time and been working flawlessly.
