I had a leaky faucet bib and Carlos was quick to respond to my phone call. He and his crew were able fix the problem in a very timely manner and stuck to the price quoted. Excellent service and very professional. Carlos and his team fixed the issue with a toilet that wouldn't fill properly. Plus, the team used camera to go through the pipes throughout the house so they could clean any gunked up pipes. Getting to watch the cameras in real time was reassuring that a problem was detected and fixed immediately. I highly recommend Rooter Tech. They provided excellent communication, they were here on time and they are knowledgeable.
Called Friday night when the drain line started backing up. He came 1st thing Sat AM. I guess too much had been put down the garbage disposal. Cleared the drain line and installed a better toilet. No mess. Expensive but bread used to be 25 cents a loaf too. Company came as planned.
