Carlos from Rooter Tech was very helpful in this entire process. I contacted Carlos for some plumbing/clogging issues that we were experiencing at home. We scheduled an appointment for the following day and Carlos along with another team member showed up early and diagnosed the issue and fixed our problems in a very timely manner. The team from Rooter Tech were very professional and ensured we were taken care of. If you are having any plumbing issues, I highly recommend giving them a call!

Three years later and Rooter Tech came out and repaired a big leak under my house. Again they did a fantastic job, took pictures before so I could see what was involved. Carlos was very kind and professional. I will use them again for any plumbing issues. 2020 Great service, came within 1 hour of calling, spent time making sure clog was gone. Cleaned up and was informative of what he was doing. I recommend Carlos highly

Very responsive, showed up right away. Kept me updated about the price as the details became available.Friendly, respectful of property.Very expensive project. I was not prepared for that and did not have time to get other bids due to the emergent nature of the problem. I don’t think I would have gotten better anyway. It was a big project.I would recommend Rooter Tech/Carlos to anyone who needs plumbing work (big or small) done.
