I had a leaky faucet bib and Carlos was quick to respond to my phone call. He and his crew were able fix the problem in a very timely manner and stuck to the price quoted. Clean work area and personable to deal with, nice change. I'm in Sumner and that was no problem. If I have any problems in the future or you have a problem CALL Rooter Tech and clear your mind.
This is our second time having Rooter Tech out to work on our home. This time was for an underground leak in a section of the main, water supply, pipe to the home.
Carlos, was able to come out to inspect the problem on the same day that I called. After doing some prep work we set up the job for the next morning. He and his crew arrived on time and took care of everything!
I was sent pictures and videos of the leak once it was fully exposed along with the completed work. The entire area was filled in beautifully. Can’t even tell there was ever an issue to begin with.
