I had a tight deadline to have my oak floors refinished before I moved in. I called for an estimate on Tuesday, Devan came out on Thursday to provide an estimate, and work began on Friday. Throughout the job, both Devan and Shane kept me updated on the progress and answered my many questions. The job started on Friday and was finished on Wednesday, allowing me to keep my move-in date. The crew was great, respectful of the home, and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was finished. Now that I'm in my home and have had the chance to live with the floors, I no longer want to lay down area rugs as I am so pleased with how they turned out.
Excellent work, excellent experience. From the beginning, I’ve been happy, and through to the finish. Glenn was great to work with initially and then Salvador and the crew did an amazing work. I liked the follow-up phone call that I received to ensure I was satisfied. Devan in the front office was great to work with too, very accommodating for scheduling. I highly recommend Henderson Hardwood Floors. I had 102-year-old Douglas Fir floors, refinished, and new oak floors installed to match adjoining rooms. Everything worked out great and I’m very happy I got it done.
