Family owned old Jeep had a locked steering wheel and the ignition needed replacing. I called Jim and he just happened to show up 20 minutes later and was super personable. He diagnosed that the ignition was shot and offered to remove it so we could at least unlock the wheel to tow it. Jim even walked me through how to replace the ignition and put the whole thing back together (which he did not need to do and most companies won’t do). Without him this project would have lasted so long with lots of YouTube. I’d recommend him to anyone.

They came right out on a snowy, icy day and made a new key for my husbands pickup that I lost the day before. Great customer service on the phone and in person. So refreshing. Also very reasonable!!!
