Sono Bello in Tacoma is amazing. They have the best customer service, are very caring, and do everything they can to make sure you feel taken care of. Dorothy made me feel very comfortable at my consult and I was very nervous and self-conscious. There was no pressure. The front desk staff are always so cheerful and welcoming. Each time I go in they know me by name. Actually, all the staff there are amazing. They are upbeat and not at any time made me feel self-conscious. I had to reschedule my appointment due to being ill, the day before! I was so disappointed, but the staff understood, and was more concerned about me getting better. Eventhough I was unable to have the procedure, it was a very good experience. They were concerned with my BP as it was very high at the preop and recommended I see my doctor first. It was the right call and they refunded my payment on the spot. Very professional and actually put my health first.

Very nice and comforting. This was scary for me and they made it easy and ok. Before during and especially now after. They are there every step of the way..... it's a journey, but a wonderful one. 2 weeks out. Pain and swelling Much better... not going to lie, the healing hurts a bit but....holy crap!!! Best $ investment in Me ever. Go for it! The surgery is nothing!!!! Staff is amazing. Kielly, McKenna and staff awesome. Oh and last but not least Dr. Sobrino! Thank you All.
