I have been going to Toni for massages for years. Trained in massage myself, I’ve never had an experience quite like the massages she provides. She is always friendly, provides a safe and relaxing space, and has exceptional touch awareness. Easily the best massages I’ve had.

I left my first session with Toni feeling like every other massage I'd ever had was a waste of time. She is truly remarkable. Her approach to massage therapy is unlike anything else I've experienced, and I leave the sessions feeling reconnected to myself and counting the days until my next visit. Her practice has become a mainstay in my pursuit of whole body health, and I feel so lucky to have found her.

Just Wow. First time at Vita Nova Massage. Professional, clean, and friendly. Toni is amazing at what she does! Highly recommended if you need to relax, get some knots out, or whatever.
