Fantastic service. The crew that came out, Anthony and Jay were amazing. Even Tim showed up to look at an issue we had with our electric pole. They took good care of us, stopped to answer each and every question, and solve problems that had been since our original electrical panel had been installed. Our family is safer for having used their service and we’re very grateful that they were there for us. The best equipment and the best service.
Tim and John came out to do diagnose the problem and quickly identified the issues and explained what needs to be done in a way that I could understand and follow. They were both extremely friendly and professional. A few days later they came out on the scheduled day and got the work done. I would highly recommend Krouse's Electric if you need an electrician and will certainly keep their contact bookmarked in case I ever need them again.
Tim Krause responded quickly when we needed an electrician. In addition to helping us with known needs, he also made suggestions that were safe, useful and cost effective. Tim Jr and Jon were a polite team and a pleasure to have in our home--they worked together carefully and efficiently. We appreciate and recommend their work.
