I had just discovered Electraspa right before COVID hit and was so bummed that it had to close during that time. I was thrilled to finally start back fairly recently and especially happy to learn they had moved closer to where I live! It makes it so easy not to get electrolysis done on a regular basis by Kristen and Nanci . They are both fabulous, friendly, kind, dedicated and obviously love their work! I
also appreciate how accommodating they can be to work me in when I’ve forgotten to schedule ahead of time!

Karli is so amazing!!
She is professional,caring,understanding and makes one feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation
I have been to other hair removal places in the past
And she is hands down the best I have ever had
She does great work
