About Tacoma Cat Grooming Kitty City

Tacoma Dog and Cat Grooming, run by Stefanie and her husband, is a highly recommended pet grooming service for both cats and dogs. They are known for their exceptional care and concern for their furry clients. Even when they cannot assist with a specific issue, such as matting in a senior cat, Stefanie goes above and beyond to provide guidance and connect pet owners with appropriate specialists.

Their gentle touch and expertise have been praised by many, particularly those with cats that are difficult to groom. One such cat, who usually gets scared and hides after being taken anywhere, returned home after grooming, prancing around and showing off his new haircut. The owners were impressed with how much their cat enjoyed the experience.

Stefanie keeps pet owners informed throughout the grooming process, sharing what their pets like and dislike, and how they care for them. This transparency and attentiveness result in calm and relaxed pets upon pick-up, a welcome change from the stress and anxiety often experienced with other grooming salons. Overall, Tacoma Dog and Cat Grooming is a trustworthy and caring business that takes excellent care of its clients, providing an essential service in the pet care industry.

I had my mainecoon Simba groomed here at Tacoma cat grooming kitty city today and was pleasantly impressed by their professionalism. This was Simba’s first time ever with a professional groomer so I was a little worried as to how everything would go. Stefanie greeted me at my car and told me about the whole process and answered any questions/concerns I had. Simba had some pretty bad matting along his belly and hind legs and I was hoping to not have to have him shaved completely but was expecting it due to the condition of the matting and Stefanie did a wonderful job of listening to my concerns and she was able to get rid of all of the matting without having to shave… read full review

They did so good with our little baby! She’s looks great and I’m so glad she was loved on and everything while she was there! We are definitely keeping Stephanie as Lily’s groomer. 🥰

I highly recommend Steffy and Kitty City Grooming! Steffy called before our appointment to make sure she knew exactly what I was expecting, and to make sure she knew what kind of temperament my cat has. She was so friendly and sweet! I have never taken my long haired cat to be groomed or shaved before, but she gave him a lions cut and he looks beautiful! So happy with the results, and I will definitely come back again :)
