Lost water pressure and found broken pipe under the house. Called Spartan and they sent Josh to the rescue. He was very thorough and professional. I will definitely be calling him again for future repairs. Thanks Josh!!!
We have had Spartan out to our home three times in the past year. Two of the times were for emergency repairs. Benjamin came out all three times. He was on time and efficient. He is a highly skilled plumber, he identified the problem and resolved it very quickly, saving us a lot of money by mitigating any further damage.We could not be happier with the level of responsiveness and service we get from Spartan and especially Benjamin. Spartan has earned our repeated business. We refer our friends and family to Spartan as well.
Josh was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He provided quick and detailed estimates to cover the proposed work. Josh is handling a somewhat complex installation and it is coming together very nicely. Josh came back today (2-15-24) to secure the plumbing in the wall so that the plumbing (at the point where the “fLō by Moen” is installed) would not move once the sheetrock is installed. Very competent!……and patient.Josh returned to complete the installation of the Flo “pucks”. He did a great job…..once again!
