Nelly is wonderful! She knows her stuff! She has blessed me with all over color, full foil and healthy trims! Nilgun did a fantastic job on my partial foil and the haircut was spot on how i envisioned it should be. I will definitely take her as my new beautician and I feel I have really made a new friend.
