“Owen and Amaya arrived with friendly smiles, a clean van and the know-how to make my old carpet seem new again. They worked well together through several processes to clean even the edges and difficult spots. The results are amazing, definitely worth every cent when compared to other cleaning products and services.”
“As a former real estate broker I have had the opportunity to work with many very fine carpet cleaning companies over the years. I eventually settled on Preferred Carpet Care as my go to guy.
Long since retired I still had Kevin (Preferred Carpet Care) in my contacts and was very pleased when he immediately answered the phone. I needed the somewhat neglected carpeting cleaned in an estate home in order to ready if for market. Kevin has consistently provided superior results and he is magic on some of the tougher spots and traffic patterns. He was very accessible, responsive and timely. He showed up when arranged, got right to work, was very detailed, took the time to do an exceptional job and was good for his word on pricing. Should I ever have the need to recommend a meticulous and pleasant to work with carpet cleaning service, Preferred Carpet Care will be at the top of my list. Thank you Kevin!”
“Easy to schedule, on time and responsive through text messages. Did a great job with our move out clean! Thank you!”
