Good experience for our 2026 wedding (75 guests)! We did a pick up order for plates, glassware, and chafing dishes since we live close by.
- Very responsive via emails, easy to add or remove items up until a week before and pay deposit online (with auto pay for final total)
- Standard waiver fee (optional, recommended) covers items that are broken during normal use (the 2 glasses we broke were covered by this)
- Their showroom isn't huge, but pretty and shows off all their offerings and is worth a visit since a lot of their designs look classier in person. Helpful employees too, they can setup your order in person if you have the time.

We had a great experience working with Grand Event Rentals as photographers.
