“The Exam with Dr. Wang was great, but I didn't like that the sales associate I had tried to recommend high-end additions to my frames. She marked up the value where if I didn't read the fine print or ask questions, I would of needlessly spent hundreds of dollars or more, though my insurance covers the bulk. Go in with a budget and don't spend more than you need, based on sales advice. Otherwise, Target Optical has some great frames.“

“I lost a screw in my glasses and they fixed it free of charge! I'd gone to another place and they just put a piece of metal in there, that eventually fell out. They also tightened the other screws and replaced the pads. So cool and such a great help, would highly recommend.“
“We were referred to Gabrielle Family Vision Care back in 2018 by Dr. Ahmed at Bella Vision because she suspected that my younger son may need to see an eye specialist, and we're so thankful for the recommendation! From the very start, Dr. Gabrielle provided very thorough evaluations and helped determine that he has amblyopia, alternating exotropia, double vision and other eye-related challenges. With him being autistic with inattentive ADHD and generalized anxiety, she has been extremely accommodating for all of his appointments and spends the time he needs with gentle and guiding techniques to be able to fully complete her examinations. Rather than start us too quickly with vision therapy when he still had a lot of dysregulation during sessions, she instead wisely advised him to do OT (and referred us to Children's Therapy of Woodinville which is incredible). She even realized that he needed support for his primitive reflexes, so she made sure I knew to coordinate with his OT therapist on her concerns. Once he progressed more with his OT services, she figured out when he could start with the vision therapy program. It's weekly with daily HW, but at the now-1.5-year mark, he has been able to complete about 55% of the program and he also works so much more successfully with her during his bi-yearly specialist checkups. Dr. Gabrielle is extremely warm-hearted and congenial, has excellent attention to details as part of her expertise, and truly cares about her patients and her quality of service. This extends to her team of vision therapists and office staff. The only downside is the high cost of course and challenging scheduling at times due to the high demand for her practice, but I truly appreciate that she does not cut corners and keeps her patients' vision needs and care at the core of her practice. Thank you Dr. Gabrielle and team!“

“I was in my appointment in time, process was easy and quick. The doctor was friendly and definitely knowledgeable. I typically don't like franchise as they typically have the worse tech ever or their tech is broken and takes too long to fix them. It's not the case in this location. Side note this location is lens Crafters franchise but it's run by Dr. Kathryn and she was absolutely the best!Recommended“

“This review is for Jenny, who is A-maaazing!! Her customer service while knowing we wouldn't be a customer in their own office was super appreciative & applauding! With someone as helpful & kind as her in the frontline at their office, I can only imagine their services as a whole.. :) After weeks of scrolling & calling the eye providers listed on our insurance network and being told they don't take our insurance, I came across this office while going further down the list. Jenny had answered & gave me the same response so again, I apologized & explained that everyone listed on the site had the exact same thing.. BUT she didn't hang up & explained that the insurance had split up the providers (mindblow #1), then she proceeded taking our info (mindblow #2), and she found a couple places who DID take our insurance (mindblow #3 & a huge melting heart of gratitude!!) all in just over 5 minutes. And just like that, my family's appointments were set up with the 1st provider she gave me within 10 minutes of hanging up with her & my distressed search is over! Thank you, Jenny!!“
