Awesome job. I had a leaky bathroom faucet that I attempted to fix which turned into a big leak. This is an 80 year old house with galvanized pipes that just dissolved into the wall. I called Fast Rooter and Reza came right out. #1 arrived when he said he would #2 courteous and knowledgeable #3 Talked over the issue and process and got to work. #4 Tried a few different things to ensure the most efficient fix #5 Gave me a detailed invoice and talked over each charge. #7 Left me feeling confident about the work. I would highly suggest you give him a call for all your plumbing needs.
Reza took on a difficult sewer line failure(old cast iron no easy access) and handled it quickly from start to finish.
He properly diagnosed it and tried every option before digging, then did a complete replacement all the way to the city line rather than a quick patch, installing proper couplings and cleanouts for easy maintenance.
No corners skipped and Reza and his crew were honest and communicative throughout. A hard-working team that does the job right. I watched the whole job up close as a tenant on site, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Reza for my own property; that’s how much I trust the work!
Reza has been so great to work with. His attention to detail, along with his transparency regarding the job and the time required to complete it, has been refreshing. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. Additionally, his use of high-tech equipment combined with his extensive plumbing expertise made this a fantastic experience.
