I started practicing Yoga 2 weeks ago at Leela's. I was first met by the owner who is super nice! She advised it was ok for me to start yoga while pregnant but she did ask for a doctor's note which made me think they really care about your wellbeing :). They have this special for new students where you can go as many times as you'd like during the first month for just $30, which is pretty awesome. So far I've tried a couple of different classes with Lydia, Michala and Cara and they've all been amazing. I most definitely will keep going to Leela's!

This place has amazing atmosphere and the instructors really care about you, and their craft. You feel truly supported and taken care of. Going to a yoga class here is a transformative experience. I highly recommend it!

I really love this studio. It's a great place for beginner students and folks wanting to explore yoga and what it has to offer. Community acupuncture on Thursdays is my favorite!
