Lauren at Capstone PT Bothell location is amazing. I went to her with a badly herniated lower spinal disc, and although I eventually had to have a surgery for it, she helped me immensely gain back mobility and strength before the procedure, so that after the procedure we could focus on strengthening and flexibility. I’ve been seeing Lauren for about 7 months now and the progress I see in myself is spectacular. She always pays attention even when I’m doing my own exercises to make sure my form is right. I worked with Sandra through a spine surgery - she was amazing. Helped me recover back better than ever (well, I mean maybe not EVER, it was a spine surgery after all - but I'm feeling very fortunate to have worked with her and have had an amazing recovery).
