Sandra Zink is an excellent PT!!! She is very friendly, tries to get to know all of her patients and cares about our lives. I came in with a shoulder injury and within a few sessions, my shoulder started to feel better. After several months ( because I didn't do my homework) my shoulder feels great and doesn't have any issues. I also had the pleasure of working with Alex. She was also incredibly friendly, knowlegable and skilled. I would recommend Capstone PT to anyone who needs a physical therapist!!!
Lauren at Capstone PT Bothell location is amazing. I went to her with a badly herniated lower spinal disc, and although I eventually had to have a surgery for it, she helped me immensely gain back mobility and strength before the procedure, so that after the procedure we could focus on strengthening and flexibility. I’ve been seeing Lauren for about 7 months now and the progress I see in myself is spectacular. She always pays attention even when I’m doing my own exercises to make sure my form is right.
