I had a fantastic experience at Capstone Physical Therapy after a bimalleolar ankle fracture. CJ and Alex did an amazing job tailoring a recovery plan to meet my goals. In less than 4 months of doing PT, I was able to return to sports. After 9 months post injury I am performing at a similar level as I was before the injury (squatting 300+ lbs, doing high impact martial arts, etc). Their combined approach of tailored exercises and hands-on therapy significantly improved my strength and mobility. I'm incredibly grateful for their support and professionalism. Highly recommend Capstone for anyone needing physical therapy.

I have had my share of physical therapy treatments over the years. The latest was a right shoulder rotator cuff repair that Capstone helped me through my recovery. They have done an excellent job in all respects. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and was focused on getting me back to my normal level of mobility. I would not hesitate to work with them again. I had a fantastic experience with the Capstone team! After a major surgery, I was not confident in where to start with my rehab and getting back to the activities that I enjoy most. Dr. CJ Taylor was both receptive and empathetic to my concerns. While progress seemed slow at first, we regularly evaluated how much progress we were making from my first appointment. I am now back to my normal activity levels, and triathlon training thanks to CJ’s expertise. I highly recommend Capstone to anyone seeking PT treatment!
