“I built a custom home in Edmonds, WA and used Pella windows. Spencer and his team were exceptional. The Impervia product met the esthetics we wanted, the price point we needed, and the performance that was required by the city codes. I chose to do STC Glass on the windows facing the street- AMAZING! We couldn't even hear the cars along the busy arterial! I HIGHLY recommend it- it WORKS! The product is great, but the relationship makes the difference in a project. Spencer was attentive from the start and even came on‑site to review everything in person a couple times, which gave me a lot of confidence. Their process was thorough, communication was great, and they were genuinely a pleasure to work with - more like a partner than a supplier.

After install, there were two windows that weren’t opening and closing correctly, and they sent a tech out right away to fix the issue, no hassle, no delays.

I’ll absolutely use them again. Highly recommend for their attention to detail, quality of product (STC Absolutely!), problem resolution, and overall experience.”

“Great experience with John & his team. I had my siding redone and it’s looking perfect. They were thoughtful and detail oriented in their approach. As a bonus, the experience was very easy for me. I’m confident the work was done expertly and will last for years to come. Highly recommend.”
