North Creek Pet Hospital provides friendly and gentle veterinary care for pets of all ages. The hospital is known for its kind and dedicated staff who communicate clearly with owners. Dr. Beaumont and Dr. Megan are highly regarded for their professional and compassionate approach, offering clear explanations and ensuring pets receive prompt and effective treatment.
The front office staff, including Hailey, are excellent, and many customers appreciate the free drinks and snacks available. Owners have taken their pets for annual checkups, shots, neutering, and more, always reporting positive experiences. The office and waiting area are calm and organized, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. Most importantly, clients consistently receive excellent, compassionate care, even during difficult times, such as euthanizing an elderly pet.
However, some owners have noted a high turnover of veterinarians, which raises questions about consistency in care. Despite this concern, North Creek Pet Hospital remains a place where owners trust their pets are in good hands, making it highly recommended by many.
