Jose and his crew did a complete remodel of my unfinished basement, turning it into a beautiful extension of our living space. Understanding that I was on a tight budget, Jose helped me brainstorm ways to design the space to reduce costs while keeping quality finishes, like the beautifully tiled fireplace. He facilitated engagement of a structural engineer and architect, navigated King County' byzantine permit system, secured discounts on materials, and delivered a beautiful and functional space for me family. Definitely recommend.
Jose and the Cruz Construction team were amazing to work with! Jose was very amenable to our requests and he quickly responded to all of our questions. Cruz Construction was very fairly priced and spoke to us honestly and frankly. Everyone on the team was friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be using Cruz Construction again for our home remodeling needs, and we highly recommend them to all!
Our upstairs bathroom and downstairs laundry room recently needed to be remodeled due water damage. Jose & crew did an AMAZING job making the bathroom look fantastic & very fancy. The new tile in the bathroom is exceptionally well done and now I won't even have grout in the future! The shower and tile for the floor was also done and looks exceptional.
Jose is incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way explaining to us what his crew was going to do next, and checking in with us.
5/5 stars will absolutely be working with Cruz Construction & Renovation again to remodel my entire downstairs den!
