I had a very difficult issue with a Kohler/Kallista shower valve—it was leaking, not easily accessible due to tile, and the valve extension was the wrong length. Several plumbers tried and couldn’t solve the problem.
Kaizen Plumbing was different. Kajik, the technician, was able to properly diagnose the issue and come up with a solution that avoided tearing apart my bathroom. His attention to detail and problem-solving ability were impressive.

The best and professional company that we’ve ever worked with. Our water heater started leaking at night and Kajik the owner of the company came out 10pm to fix it to prevent further damage to house without charging any additional emergency charge . Will recommend this company for anyone looking any kind of plumbing issues and repairs.
I am so appreciative of the work done by Kaisen after my grandson flushed a dog ball down the toilet. They came back a second day,after I bought a new toilet, and finished the job for the same price. I will be paying higher attention to my grandson during his potty training.
