“Lauren at Capstone PT Bothell location is amazing. I went to her with a badly herniated lower spinal disc, and although I eventually had to have a surgery for it, she helped me immensely gain back mobility and strength before the procedure, so that after the procedure we could focus on strengthening and flexibility. I’ve been seeing Lauren for about 7 months now and the progress I see in myself is spectacular. She always pays attention even when I’m doing my own exercises to make sure my form is right. The progressions in exercises has been steady and challenging. She’s also a delightful personality and hilarious to talk to! Highly recommend going to see Lauren!!! She’s my girl!
