Their free intro class was a great way to introduce myself to the reformer machine and all the instructors have been so helpful in getting comfortable challenging myself in a new environment! Special shout out to Robyn as an instructor whose classes are always very fun and engaging. ?“

I am forever grateful for her classes that got me out of my head and back into my body. And then she skillfully aligns the two - all in 60 minutes! 🩷“

15744 Redmond Wy, Redmond“I joined Discover Yoga during my first trimester after my doctor recommended prenatal yoga, and I'm so glad I did. I've been attending Kristen Stevens's weekly class every Saturday morning at 11 AM (they also offer a virtual option, which is great for flexibility).
Kristen structures her classes really well, focusing on mobility and core strength, which has made a huge difference for me. She takes the time to explain the benefits of each asana in detail, and she always brings such a positive, calming energy to the room.
Initially, I struggled to find my balance, but after sticking with it week after week, I've gradually built up endurance and strength. More than anything, this class has given me confidence in my body and in my ability to get through this pregnancy.
I highly recommend Kristen's class to any expecting mom looking for a supportive, knowledgeable instructor.“

It’s still the best in town… my happy place, my peace.. my home.
Thanks Linda & the HYI team, you’re all amazing 🙏“

6521 Roosevelt Way NE, Seattle“I had a wonderful experience at shefayoga taking Ferrah’s Heated Power Vinyassa. The new student check-in and signing process was simple and quick, easy access lockers, and the studio is incredibly clean and secure.
The class itself was just what I needed to wake up and get grounded for the day. The temperature was perfect, and Ferrah really invites you to find moments of rest and play, while challenge you to discover your own strength through the challenge of the flow. This being my first hot yoga class in a year, I also felt completely comfortable to take a water break as needed.
Ferrah leads with authenticity and listens to the class through observation and checking in, and is flexible to adapt the practice to best meet the needs of the collective. I am excited to return to shefayoga soon!“

7800 NE Bothell Way #155, Kenmore“I've taken 4 classes now through WellHub all with different instructors. And EVERY single one of them have been absolutely welcoming, helpful, and encouraging. I have a lot of stiffness and inflexibility that I'm working through and the hot yoga has been an absolute phenomenal help. For beginners like me who's struggling through some of the poses, they guide you through alternative poses and ways to slowly work your way towards the correct poses. I can't rave enough about how wonderful the staff is, and the facilities are always so nice and clean. This studio is THE BEST!“

7345 35th Ave NE, Seattle“I would give Kim 6 out of 5 stars!!! She knew I was newly back to 8 Limbs, now a senior dealing with a total knee replacement and other joint issues. She takes time to guide me to modified poses that still give me a more than satisfactory experience. She greets everyone at the door and with a smile ask people how they are doing. She is thorough with understandable cues and has a sweet sense of humor. I am always happy when I leave class.“

11601 Harbour Pointe Blvd #200, Mukilteo“After being involved in a car accident, I was dealing with a lot of pain and wasn’t sure where to turn. I’m so glad I found this place. From the very first visit, Emily and Orah made me feel completely at ease. What sets them apart is that they genuinely take the time to listen and understand your specific needs before jumping into anything. They don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach — every session feels tailored to what my body actually needs that day“
“Aham yoga is definitely the best place I have practiced yoga in. All the instructors are very friendly and give you personal attention to your needs. I have personally taken most classes with Aru and she is excellent. Also I love the community here!
Aham might be one of the very few places in WA that focus on mind + body yoga, whereas I have seen other places where yoga is treated like a workout. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into yoga practice.“

“Mid 40's and more fit than I've been in my life -- strength, body tone, and flexibility -- thanks to Knotty Yoga. I have great results attending only 2 or 3 hour-long classes each week, and have gained new physical skills that I never thought I could, e.g. rope climbing, acro, stretching, fabric, etc. Mason's a great instructor, thoroughly trained in fitness and massage, adapts classes and guidance to everyone's individual capabilities, and makes them fun and social. Classes are fast paced, varied, and strenuous, but not intensely tough or competitive. You'll get to know other regular attendees (aged 20s thru 50s), and have fun encouraging each other as you swiftly improve.“

2261 NE 65th St, Seattle“I joined the Thanksgiving Day practice at the studio and truly enjoyed Richard’s instruction. Iyengar yoga’s precision and use of props helped me experience each stretch more deeply, even as someone with a lot of tightness. Although I’ve practiced yoga at different studios for many years, this was the first time I felt an intense side stretch with both comfort and depth—thanks to the oversized yoga block. I didn’t want to leave the pose because it felt so supported and effective.
I also had the chance to practice with the yoga wall and ropes, with kind guidance from experienced students in the class. It made my Thanksgiving Day feel extra special.
Even if you don’t live near the Seattle Ravenna area where the studio is located and can’t commit to a weekly class, I still highly recommend joining the Thanksgiving Day practice.
I’m looking forward to learning more Iyengar yoga!“

“Cut & Flow Pilates has truly become my happy place. The environment is supportive, welcoming, and uplifting every single time. The staff is incredible — warm, encouraging, and genuinely invested in creating such a positive space.
The classes always vary, which keeps things fresh and never boring. There are so many amazing instructors, all with different vibes, energy, and teaching styles, so every class feels like I’m learning, growing, and constantly progressing.
Whenever I can sneak away for a lunch break or evening session, I do. And no matter what kind of day I had walking in, I always leave with a smile 😊“
