“Lauren at Capstone PT Bothell location is amazing. I went to her with a badly herniated lower spinal disc, and although I eventually had to have a surgery for it, she helped me immensely gain back mobility and strength before the procedure, so that after the procedure we could focus on strengthening and flexibility. I’ve been seeing Lauren for about 7 months now and the progress I see in myself is spectacular. She always pays attention even when I’m doing my own exercises to make sure my form is right. The progressions in exercises has been steady and challenging. She’s also a delightful personality and hilarious to talk to! Highly recommend going to see Lauren!!! She’s my girl! “Dr. Makinde and Jasmine are a great team. Jasmine communicates well, is responsive and has great follow through making a visit to Dr. Makinde relatively seamless as far as records, scheduling, etc. Dr. Makinde is sharp! He has an engineer’s mind and can quickly take it a lot of information and deduce it, pulling out what is pertinent. He is easy to talk to, he listens and asks pointed questions. his assessment was thorough, and his notes were impeccable. I’ve been dealing with an issue since April, and in the team of doctors I see, he is the only one to accurately document my symptoms. He doesn’t miss a beat- pun intended because he plays awesome music in his office too. Dr. Makinde was fabulous, and I would recommend him to anyone in need. ❤️“
