Wonderful establishment all around. The waiting area and every room has air filters, which are very reassuring to me since I'm not technically immunocompromised, but close to it. My massage therapists wear masks and make me feel at ease the second I see them.And here's the most important part: I'm a very complex case with multiple issues. I've seen more progress in *just 2 sessions* here than I have with weekly or twice weekly sessions over months! I’m a chiropractor that has seen a lot of different massage therapists over the years for old sports injuries. A couple months ago, I hurt my right shoulder, which was impactful to me as I need to stay in optimal health to treat my own patients. I saw BJ and immediately started to notice changes. I saw him every two weeks. In two months, my shoulder feels better than it has since my first injury in high school. He is able to use techniques that don’t feel like I’m getting bruised but still allows my muscles to relax immediately. I highly recommend seeing him!

I highly recommend working with Debbie. After my motor vehicle accident, it took a while for my back and neck to feel better again. I really credit her expertise with helping me along my recovery.
