Fast Rooter
“I cannot recommend Reza highly enough! We woke up on a Saturday morning to a homeowner’s nightmare: an active, streaming leak coming from our faucet into a fully sealed, 20-year-old bathtub. After calling several plumbing companies—all of which insisted on charging steep service fees just to show up—Reza was the fastest to respond.
He arrived quickly, immediately diagnosed the issue, and got the active leak stopped to prevent any further damage. Because our tub is older, finding the exact replacement cartridge wasn't easy. Reza spent the next two days hunting down the failed part and returned on Monday to get everything completely fixed and back in working order.
What impressed us the most was his transparency and communication. He walked us through every single step of his diagnosis and repair process, making sure we understood what was happening and why. Reza truly went above and beyond for us. He is fast, honest, highly skilled, and a total professional. We will absolutely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!”
